Be Different

This is what I’ve been working on recently for my Copywriting assignment.
I need to look for a print ad and make a whole new copy out of it.
I choose the not-so-new Tiger beer ad and turn it into the above.
The background picture, I took it from Deviantart. I was in a hurry and didn’t get to credit him/her.

I’ve did another one as well, but the copy is with my friend. ):
I actually need to do a presentation for this last Thursday but I’ve got some skin thingy going on after I came back from Murni the night before.
My body is red with patches and its super itchy and thus I skipped my presentation. When I woke up in the noon, everything’s gone and I yay-ed because I don’t have to go to doctor.
I asked my group mates if they presented on behalf of me or we have to present it the next week.
They presented on behalf of me and guess what, my lecturer asked for mc.
I’ve got none. ):
‘If you’ve got none, you get zero.’ WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Die die also need to see doctor. Damn sad can.
Doctor: What problem are you having?
Me: @.@ Er…….. I’ve got ‘fung mok’ (the name of the stupid skin thingy in chinese) last night, but I actually recovered from it but my lecturer needs a mc so……………………
Doctor: Oh, ok. I’ll give you some medicine in case it comes back.
Me: Oh… Okay………… -___________-

Done!! That’s like super fast man. I’ve never seen a doctor this fast in my life.
Bloodyhell man, cost me Rm40!!! Feel as though I use that 40 bucks to buy back my marks and I actually did my work!!
Life is full of shit sometimes. Whenever I’m having money crisis, shits like this alwayssssssss happen. Grr!

Anyway, just the other day when I went for a drink with my friend, he told me he received this email that explains what marketing is. Those are the terms that I use to study in class and I personally find it kinda hilarious.

What is Marketing?

You see a gorgeous girl at a party.

That’s Direct Marketing

That’s Public Relations.

You’re at a party and see a gorgeous girl.

That’s Brand Recognition.

You see a gorgeous girl at a party.

She gives you a nice hard slap on your face.
That’s Customer Feedback.

Street Art Project

Whats Street Art Project, you ask.
Well, its an e-boutique but e-boutique sounds a little gay for this, haha.
Ok, they are a new brand online fashion hub which sells male apparels and its founded by 3 guys.
Which 3 guys?

These 3 guys are Wai Lun, Gary, and Sim. Sim did not follow us to Malacca, you cant see his face at my post.

I really like the mushroom tee, so cool. : )

Their T-shirts are incredibly low price and yet they look so cool.
Quality wise, you don’t have to worry about it.

A very very nice song. Shoey send me this song, and now its our song. Haha..
I can’t stop listening to it. Should have listen to this song way back, then everything will be easier for me. At least listening to this song makes me feel better. Yes, not worth it. :’D

College student killed in car crash

The rear passenger of a Proton Waja died in an early morning accident near the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, while the driver managed to walk away without a scratch on his body.

Four friends from TAR College, all from Kedah, had just left together after celebrating a friend’s birthday at a nightclub at the mall.

About 200m after Sunway Pyramid, witnesses said the car hit the central divider at KM1.7 of the New Pantai Expressway and was flung across — directly into the path of traffic flowing in the opposite direction.

The car then slammed into a Secure Express courier delivery truck and came to a rest on the emergency lane.

The courier truck driver, Wan Ismail, 40, said the car came flying sideways about one metre above the road — directly into his path.

“It happened so fast and there was nothing I could do to prevent my truck hitting it head-on,” he said, still in shock.

The truck had just come from the company’s headquarters in Section 33 in Shah Alam and was heading towards the highway on its way to make a shipment to Penang.

A nearby resident, Haslina Abdul Razak, 30, was at home and heard a “loud bang” at 3.25am. She came rushing out of her house and saw the driver getting out of the Waja, unsteady on his feet. She also noticed three passengers in the car, and they all looked very young, probably in their early 20s.

Police arrived a short while later and the rear passenger — Kang Ching Heang, 20 — was found to have died in the accident. The other two passengers were injured and were taken to the University Malaya Medical Centre for treatment.

One passenger suffered leg injuries while the other is in a critical condition, with severe head injuries.

A fire engine was also called in to help cut into the badly mangled Waja to extricate Kang’s body.

I feel so uneasy after reading this news. I’m not sure, maybe because I do go to club once in a while and after reading this, I feel scared. Or maybe because they are the same age with me and we have the same lifestyle. Or maybe because this remind me of friends who drive fast.
Right after I finish reading the news, I feel like calling my friends and ask them not to drive so fast. I’ve got friends who club till the dawn, drank so much till they are so blur and then drive back home. This is really disturbing.

To all my friends, please please please do not speed. Please do not drink so much if you know you are going to drive home after clubbing. I do not want to see anyone of my friends appear on the newspaper like the above.

May the rear passenger RIP.

P.S: Summer, Autumn hopes that you can drive safely. Autumn still care about Summer’s safety.

Things I want from IKEA

I’m shifting to another room soon and I’m going to have the whole room all by myself. :’D
I’m so happy and a little afraid at the same time. For the whole 20 years, I do not have my room and do not want to have my own room. I never dare to sleep alone. I’m afraid of the dark and sleeping alone is a very creepy thing to me. I used to sleep with my brother when I’m still small and then changed room and sleep with my mom.
But then I’ve been hoping for a new room for the past few months. As I grow older and older, I realise I need a lot of privacy. So after the very stupid retarded cousin shift, I will get the room. :’D
And all the furniture in the room will be throw away because they all sudah tua.

I went to Ikea to search for the stuff I need for my new room. : )

MELDAL Daybed Frame RM350++ (I don’t remember the price)
I’m so so so gonna buy this. I like frame beds, I like bed like this. This is a little bit expensive but I don’t care, I want it. Oh, and I’m going to buy a bed canopy.
I loooveeeee bed canopy. : )


ANTONIUS RM70.50
I’m not gonna buy a wardrobe because they are all very very expensive. I’m going to get this thing (I don’t know what its called), safe space and safe money. I can build this thing according to my liking which is a very good thing. Might consider getting two of these.

I’m also not going to get myself a drawer, I’m getting this. The drawer which I like is like Rm300+ which is so expensive. I know this is not very cheap either but this also can be change to my own liking. There is a shorter one which is cheaper.


MINDE Rm69
I seriously need a full length mirror. My house do not have a full length mirror which sucks. I must buy this.


LUNS RM69
Oh, for your information, I love this kind of things. I love boards. I’ve bought two boards from Ikea before this but this one is different. This is a blackboard. Lol.. I love drawing on blackboard, and beside drawing on it, this blackboard has magnet behind of it which means I can stick magnets on it. And then there is two square holes there where I can put my stuff inside and also there is two small hangers below of it. So many in one is definitely worth it.


BILLY Bookcase Rm115
I need a bookcase to put all my magazines. I’ve got tons of magazines laying around in my house.
I don’t want a tall one because I’m short, wtf. And because I can put things on top of the shelf, so its better to get a short one. Short is good sometimes. :’D Not necessary to get a bookcase from Ikea, I can get it somewhere if I saw cheaper ones.


VIKA AMON table around RM100++
I don’t want the above colour, I want an all white table. So I’m getting the all white table.


SNILLE Rm40+
Another thing that I must get from Ikea. I like this chair a lot. I like the colour. :’D

Ok, so these are all the things I wanna get from Ikea. There are some other stuff I wanna get from Ikea too but this are the main ones. My room will be in pink colour. Cant wait.. :’D

This is one of the best song I ever heard and I’m so proud that our Malaysia artistes produce this awesome song. So perfectly done and seriously, this put a smile on my face. Sunway Audition – Life Is Good aka Back To School

Finish auditioning at Sunway College, not much people come though. Around 20 people but they eat up a lot of time. A little tired, but its fun. Some are very good, some are real funny, and some….. just sucks needs to practice more.

Life Is Good aka Back To School – Audition

A production company, ChristienLavin is producing a movie call ‘Life is Good aka Back To School’.

If you are interested in becoming a movie star, you must go for the audition. What they are searching for is mostly college students. If you can ACT or DANCE, or SING, or POSSESS BASKETBALL SKILLS, you’re already in for the running. No harm giving it a try, so just come with all your friends. Audition will take place at different colleges such as Sunway College, Taylors, TAR College, UCSI, and a few which is not sure yet.

Tomorrow there will be an audition tomorrow at Sunway College from 11am until 3pm at the dancing room. If you guys are interested, do go to ChristienLavin to fill in the forms attach with two pictures of your own (without photoshop-ing).

I am one of the crew for this production and I am very happy to be one as I can learn lots of stuff and also I get to see actors. xD I’m not sure if I will try for the audition yet.. but Christien as me to go ahead. Will see by then. People, do come for the audition ya.
