Spaghetti Bolognese

Saw a pasta cookbook lying around the house the other day and decided to flip through it. Never in my life have I cook spaghetti before and the directions seems pretty easy. Show it to boyfriend and ask if he would like to try and he said yes. Went to the mall and bought some ingredients.

Serves: 2

Cook the spaghetti according to the packet.

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium fire. When hot, stir-fry minced beef for 1 minute.
2. Add water and Bolognese sauce mix to the pan. Bring to a quick boil, then lower fire and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Add diced carrot and cook for a few more minutes.

TADA!!

Serve pasta tossed with hot meat sauce. Top with as much grated Parmesan cheese as you like.
Haih, picture blur again. Will try Spaghetti Carbonara soon. :)
