Bar.B.Q Plaza

Bar.B.Q Plaza is a restaurant that offer Thai style barbeque.
I went to the One Utama outlet and try it the other day, and there is also another outlet at Sunway.
Bar.B.Q Plaza is quite famous actually, because I saw it on the television the other day.
There are quite a lot of people eating inside.

There is this television above of the Mr. Dragon, and it shows Bar.B.Q Plaza’s commercial.
It is a Thailand commercial, and it is really funny. I love Thai commercial, very entertaining.

Ee Cheeng, me, and the Dragon..

We order Family Mixed Set, which cost Rm 40.
Inside the Family Mixed Set, it has Sirloin, Choice Beef, Pork, Bacon, Fish Fillet, Chicken, Squid, Shrimp, Udon, Sliced Cabbage, Baby Corn, Carrot, Letuce, and Tomato.
And it also include rice, so this set is enough for 4 person.
You will get full in the end, so don’t worry that you will not get enough.

This green tea is refillable, and it cost Rm 2.50

Ginger rice or Garlic rice? I am confuse..

Add the soup to the side.
Put the pork’s oil on top of it so that those meat will not stick on it. You can move it around.

Red Meat.

White Meat.

Our side order, we pay it for Rm 1.00, because we have the coupon.
It should actually be Rm 7.00.
This fried bacon is really super delicious, with the yellow sauce.

The soup before we Bar.B.Q those meat and vegetables, and the soup after we Bar.B.Q them.
The soup before is nice, it is full of cabbage taste, and the soup after is very nice, full of all the meat’s and vergetable’s taste.

We finish everything, even the soup, but we did not eat those Baby Corns, because none of us like it. Saw the trophy there?
It is for us, because ours’ is so so clean..

And other’s are so dirty…

Overall, it is quite worth it, because they gave quite a lot of meat and it is not too expensive.
I would like to try the real grill and barbeque thing next time. I prefer dry ones that the soup ones. I want those really grill thing…

Hot Chicken Snack

I went to Connaught’s pasar malam last night, and it rain half way.
I went in to 100 Yen shop to stay away from the rain, and have a look there.
They really have a lot of snacks, but some of it is kind of expensive.
While I glance through, I saw this cute snack, with a tasty look on it.
This snack only cost Rm 1.90, is kinda cheap for me.

The package of the Hot Chicken Snack.

The inside look of the Hot Chicken Snack.

It is call ‘Yong Guong’ in cantonese, something about the sun light.
This place is usually full of secondary students, especially girls.
The best time to go there is around 1 o’clock, because school finishes at 1.
To boys who wanna find girlfriends, you have a lot of choices there. Haha.
Ok, I am out of topic already, I want to promote the food, not the girls, so here goes..

Nasi Lemak

There is this Nasi Lemak stall located at Taman Mulia, near Bandar Tun Razak’s LRT station.
The road is call Jalan Budiman, opposite of 7-11.
Their lauk (is it call dishes?) is very tasty, especiall the lamb.
Everytime I buy the Nasi Lemak, I will not miss out the lamb. Finger lickin’ good I tell you.

This is the man selling the Nasi Lemak.

Our conversation:
Me: Brother, can I capture some pictures?
Nasi Lemak man: Huh? For what?
Me: Nolah, your Nasi Lemak taste so good, I wanna put in my blog and share with others.
Nasi Lemak man: Oh, ok, go ahead.
He was smilling all the way after I say his Nasi Lemak taste good. Haha.. :D

The chicken, The lamb, & The beef.

The beef again, The kerang (I couldn’t remember what it is call in English), & The cuttlefish.

The egg & The petai.

The Nasi Lemak that I bought, contains lamb and beef, and of course nasi.
It cost me RM3.50, which I think is pretty cheap, because the Nasi lemak man gave quite a lot of lauk.

The pictures may show that this Nasi Lemak is like any other normal Nasi Lemak, but I tell you, it is not. It really taste very good. Go and have a try.

And oh ya, I almost forgot about the curry.

This is the curry chicken I stole from Shaun’s kitchen.
Very little, right? Have to take more next time.
His mom can really cook nice curry, and I really couldn’t resist them.
This is the second time I’m snatching the curry away, and I guess there is more to come. Haha..

The Dim Sum there is really good.
